ABOUT KUNDALINI KRIYA~YOG:

The spiritual science of Kundalini Kriya Yog, also called The Lightning Path to Salvation,  is the ancient wisdom of realizing the Self Consciousness and uniting it with the Cosmic Consciousness. This was given to Yog Avatar Lahiri Mahasaya by Shiva Goraksha Babaji, who modified this rigorous and concentrated Yog Paddhatee, into simple yet dynamic Pranayam techniques for the holistic benefit of the common householder.

The Bhagavad Gita refers to the same Kundalini Kriya Yog as “The Pran~Apan Anusandhan”. Know more about Kundalini Kriya Yoga here

Benefits of Kundalini Kriya Yog:

i. Kāya~Kalp — Retarding, Arresting & Reversing the decay and ageing process of the body ii. Kosha~Swāsthya — Healing the physical, emotional, mental and astral bodies iii. Shuddhi — Cleansing of the Chakras iv. Jāgruti — Awakening of the Kundalini v. Karma~Nirmulan — Diversion, Dilution and Eradication of Karma

In the process, he has formulated his own revolutionary school of Yog, encompassing “Siddhanath Hamsa~Yog”, “Siddhanath Surya~Yog” and many such Sunbeams from his Soul to enlighten the path of the seeker on the journey to Eternal Wisdom.
