ABOUT KUNDALINI KRIYĀ~YOG:
This Spiritual Science known as Kundalini Kriyā~Yog finds its roots in the ancient wisdom of “The Siddh~Siddhānth Paddhatee” of Mahā~Avatār Shiv~Goraksha Bābāji, also known as the Lightning Path to Salvation.
It is this ancient wisdom of realising the Self Consciousness and uniting it with the Cosmic Consciousness, which was given by Mahā~Avatār Bābāji to Yog~Avatār Lāhiri Mahāsāyā, who modified this rigorous and concentrated Yog~Paddhatee, into simple yet dynamic Prānāyāma techniques for the holistic benefit of the common householder. The Bhagavad Gita refers to the same Kundalini Kriyā~Yog as “The Prān~Apān Anusandhān”.
Benefits of Kundalini Kriyā~Yog:
i. Kāya~Kalp — Retarding, Arresting & Reversing the decay and ageing process of the body
ii. Kosha~Swāsthya — Healing the physical, emotional, mental and astral bodies
iii. Shuddhi — Cleansing of the Chakras
iv. Jāgruti — Awakening of the Kundalini
v. Karma~Nirmulan — Diversion, Dilution and Eradication of Karma

These pranayama techniques shall prove most beneficial in the current World Pandemic Crisis of COVID-19. The techniques will assist in faster recuperation for the people recovering from the Virus and will play a vital role in building up the metabolic resistance and natural immunity to keep Corona away.

ABOUT THE KRIYĀCHĀRYA :
Kriyāvān Kriyāchārya Shivrāj is born into the “Rāj~Rājendra Shitole Rājā Deshmukh” family, the prime aristocracy of Pune, which traces its descent from the Solar dynasty of Prabhu Shree Rāmachandra. Shivrāj ji is truly blessed for, by the virtue of his father Yog~Mārtand Yogirāj Siddhanāth, he was often in the presence of and received blessings from great spiritual beings such as Paramhansa Hariharānanda Giri Mahārāj, Yog~Chaitanya Gagangiri Mahārāj and Prem~Avtār Shree Shree Anandamai Mā.
Shivrāj ji was empowered into Kriyā~Yog at the age of 9 by his father, who very firmly and assertively chiseled the young Sādhak into a fine Kriyā Yogi.
Besides imparting the wisdom gained from his Father’s spiritual legacy, Shivrāj ji is also an accomplished Hindustani classical vocalist, who is researching on sound therapy. He gives Chakra healing sessions through the synthesis of Yog and Sangeet, represented by the medium of Prān (Kriyā breath) and Swar (musical notes).
